At The Hot Dog Project, we’re serving more than just hot dogs—we’re serving up purpose, empowerment, and inclusion. Inspired by Shane, our son and co-chef, who lives with cerebral palsy and autism, this program offers individuals with diverse abilities the opportunity to develop hands-on culinary and social skills at no cost.

Our Inclusive Culinary Training Program welcomes youth and adults of all abilities into a safe, supportive environment where they can learn everything from food prep and safety to customer service on-site. Until we secure a fully accessible food truck, we’ll accommodate up to four students at a time under our tent setup, guided by trained volunteers and adaptive kitchen tools.

We proudly partner with organizations, schools, and nonprofits that support the disability community. Together, we build life skills, confidence, and connection—because everyone deserves a seat at the table.

Explore our simple, all-beef hot dog menu and learn how your support fuels opportunities and a more inclusive future.
