We're beyond grateful for every single person who has joined us here, cheered us on, and asked how they can support what we’re building.

The Hot Dog Project isn’t just about food—it’s about providing real-life, social, and culinary skills to incredible individuals in the disability and neurodiverse community, like our son Shane.

We’re working hard behind the scenes—handling permits, food safety certifications, finding a commissary kitchen, and building out our Ability Culinary Program.We’re doing this as a self-funded, family-run Florida business—no grants, no loans, just heart, hustle, and purpose.

🎯 Our goal is to launch on November 1st, 2025, with a community event (location TBD) and an experience you won’t forget.
